Elena Rinaldi is a Trainee at MELIOR LAW and supports the Firm’s research and analysis, with particular interest in EU law and the regulation of emerging technologies.
Her work focuses on the evolution of the European regulatory framework for artificial intelligence, platforms and digital services, blockchain and decentralised systems, and on the consequences of technological innovation for contracts, liability and governance.
She has a particular interest in the intersection of AI, blockchain and digital markets, including smart contracts, tokenisation of assets and autonomous-agent systems.
She also contributes to the Firm’s research on innovation in the legal profession and the use of AI in organisational and decision-making processes.
